Facility: This established clinic is part of a respected healthcare
network with six facilities in the Fargo and Moorhead area. The
facility emphasizes trust, respect, and teamwork with a
collaborative approach to patient and family-centered care. It
provides access to numerous medical and surgical specialties
locally within its healthcare network. Opportunity: BC/BE - Family
Medicine This is an excellent opportunity for a Family Medicine
physician to join a collaborative care team working to improve
overall health by providing acute, chronic, and preventive
healthcare to the community. You'll have the chance to develop your
practice within a supportive environment focused on making a
difference for every patient. Job Details: Full-time position with
36 patient contact hours per week Average of 18-20 patients per day
Rotating after-hours call schedule Lead a care team working
collaboratively with MDs, NPs, PAs, RNs, LPNs, and ancillary staff
Utilize established care processes to improve patient health
outcomes Serve a regional area with 30 clinics and 5 hospitals
Located 3.5 hours northwest of Minneapolis/St. Paul Fargo-Moorhead
population: 250,000 Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with
weekly pay and malpractice included. Additional compensation may be
available in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, or
