Facility: This opportunity is with a state-of-the-art Level IV community hospital adjoined to a new clinic building. The facility features 25 beds, 4 CRNAs, and 3 operating rooms, with an ultrasound unit coming soon specifically for surgeons. The modern medical campus provides advanced technology in a community-focused setting. Opportunity: General Surgery This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated surgeon to join a busy, high-tech practice in a smaller community setting. The position offers a block schedule at the community hospital along with clinic days for procedures and surgeries. Job Details: - Board Certified/Board Eligible in General Surgery required - Special procedures preferred but not required: C-sections - Call expectations: 1 weekend per month, 4 weekdays per month, and 1 holiday per year - Block schedule at community hospital with additional days seeing patients in clinic for procedures and surgeries - No general surgery call expectation or requirement at JRMC Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Excellent compensation and benefit package with additional call pay with the community hospital. Candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
