Job Description:
At Good Samaritan Health Center, we are committed to providing

communities. We seek a compassionate and dedicated Restorative
Nursing Aide to join our team, focused on promoting holistic health
and wellness. This role involves working closely with our nursing
and therapy teams to implement and monitor individualized care
plans that facilitate patients' physical and emotional recovery,
helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life.
Assist in the implementation of individual care plans as developed
by healthcare professionals. Work directly with patients to perform
restorative exercises and activities. Track and report on patient
progress to nurses and therapists. Ensure the comfort and safety of
patients during therapy sessions. Educate patients and their
families on care techniques and health maintenance. Maintain a
clean, safe, and organized work environment. Adhere to all
healthcare regulations and standards. Proficiency in restorative
care practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate
records. Physical ability to assist patients in mobility and
exercise tasks. Compassion and patience, with a deep understanding
of patient care dynamics. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
required. Additional Certification in Restorative Care
preferred.
