technology. The Position : 1.0 FTE opportunity – 36 patient facing
hours/week 18 patients per day APP supervision requirements
Equitable call rotation EHR - Elation Additional clinical
duties/expectations/requirements Qualifications : MD or DO degree
from fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
Successful completion of Family Medicine residency Board
Certification or Eligibility in corresponding specialty Physician
must meet employer credentialing standards Salary Range:
