This position requires meticulous attention to detail, a compassionate approach to patient care, and strict adherence to healthcare regulations and standards. Administer prescribed medications to patients and maintain related medical records under nurse or physician supervision. Verify patient information and confirm that appropriate drug dosage is administered at the prescribed times. Monitor patients for adverse reactions to medications and report any complications immediately. Assist in the daily management of medication supplies and ensure compliance with safety standards. Provide basic patient care under RN supervision, including taking vital signs, and assisting in the patient's daily activities when necessary. Attend team meetings and contribute to patient care plans, promoting a holistic approach to health. Educate patients and families on proper medication management and health practices.
