Job Description:

Care Leader to join our team. As a Clinical Care Leader, you will
play a pivotal role in managing and delivering exceptional patient
care across our facilities. This position requires a compassionate,
organized, and proactive leader to ensure that clinical operations
meet Sanford's high standards of healthcare excellence. Oversee the
daily clinical operations in assigned areas and ensure compliance
with all healthcare regulations. Mentor and lead a team of
healthcare professionals, fostering a collaborative environment to
enhance patient care. Develop and implement clinical protocols and
quality assurance procedures. Monitor patient care processes and
outcomes, identifying areas for improvement. Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
Manage clinical staffing needs and organize professional
development training. Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in
healthcare management systems and EHR software Ability to work
collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Knowledge of healthcare
regulations and accreditation standards Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid nursing
license Certification in healthcare management (e.g., CCM -
Certified Case Manager) preferred
