As a Respiratory Care Specialist, you will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to administer and manage respiratory therapy treatments, helping patients achieve optimal respiratory function. This position requires a deep understanding of respiratory care protocols, patient assessment, and the use of advanced respiratory care equipment. Evaluate patient respiratory conditions through diagnostic testing and assessments. Administer treatments like aerosol medications, chest physiotherapy, and ventilator management. Monitor patient responses to treatments and modify plans as needed. Educate patients and families on respiratory health and home care protocols. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop effective patient care plans. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Proficiency in operating respiratory care equipment Strong analytical skills to assess patient conditions and implement appropriate treatments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required. Active licensure in the state of practice.
