Sanford Health is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Tech to join our expanding healthcare team, aimed at delivering top-tier care to patients across our facilities. This role is pivotal in enhancing patient experiences by providing basic care under the supervision of nursing staff within our state-of-the-art facilities. The successful candidate will have a robust foundation in clinical procedures, a passion for patient care, and a commitment to the values of Sanford Health. Assisting patients with daily activities such as eating, bathing, and moving around the facility. Recording vital signs and reporting any significant changes to the nursing staff. Helping to maintain a clean and organized patient environment. Supporting the medical staff with setting up equipment and aiding in minor medical operations. Gathering and documenting patient information accurately and efficiently. Strong empathy and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of healthcare operations Ability to operate medical equipment Good physical stamina and lifting techniques Effective communication and documentation skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred BLS Certification required within 90 days of hire
