Sanford Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join our growing team of healthcare professionals. As a key member of our medical services department, the successful candidate will be responsible for using diagnostic imaging equipment to conduct sonograms and other diagnostic procedures, ensuring high-quality care and precise diagnostic information. This role is pivotal in assisting physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of a myriad of medical conditions across our diverse patient population. Conduct diagnostic procedures using ultrasound and other sonographic equipment. Interpret and analyze diagnostic images accurately. Maintain patient records and document procedure results. Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during sonography procedures. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care. Stay updated with advancements in sonographic technology and techniques. Proficiency in handling and maintaining sonographic equipment. Strong analytical skills to interpret sonographic data. Exceptional patient management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
