Oversee nursing staff and daily department operations Implement nursing best practices and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations Develop and maintain staffing schedules, adjust as necessary to maintain optimal patient care Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance for professional development Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance service delivery and patient care Manage departmental budgets and resources effectively Strong leadership and organization skills Proficient in healthcare management systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle high-stress situations Strong emotional intelligence and empathy Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license CPR certified Certified Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML) credential preferred
