Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Position Overview One of
our Partners is seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician
for a critical access emergency department offering independent,
single-provider coverage . This is a low-volume, high-acuity
environment where providers manage a wide range of cases with
strong clinical autonomy and access to specialty support and
transfer services. Ideal for physicians with rural ED experience
and strong procedural skills . Estimated Monthly Earnings: $12,000
– $18,000 Assignment Highlights Schedule: ~4 shifts per month Shift
Times: 6a–6p (days) 6p–6a (nights – primary need) Setting: Critical
Access Hospital ED Annual Volume: ~12,000 Admission Rate: ~8%
Coverage Model: Single physician (no APP support) Trauma Level: IV
EMR: Epic (required) Support Services Available: OB, Ortho, ENT,
Urology, Radiology, Pediatrics Respiratory Therapy in-house Helipad
for rapid transfer Sleep Room Available for Providers Malpractice
Insurance: Covered HPA Healthcare: Joint Commission–certified
agency Job Responsibilities Provide full-scope emergency care
across all age groups Manage undifferentiated patients in a
single-provider ED Perform advanced procedures including airway
management and trauma care Lead resuscitations for adult and
pediatric patients Determine disposition including admission,
transfer, or discharge Coordinate with consultants and transfer
teams Skills & Experience Board Certified in Emergency Medicine or
Family Medicine with ED experience Active North Dakota license
required (no licensing support) Minimum 2 years ED experience
(rural/critical access preferred) Strong procedural competency
required Epic proficiency required
