Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 12 months of Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months within the past 3 years. • Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Midwest) CommonSpirit Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Midwest) CommonSpirit Health. • 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Midwest) CommonSpirit Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Midwest) CommonSpirit Health. Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Acute and Swingbed - pneumonia, rehab, COPD, CHF, pancreatitis, GI bleed. Required Skills/Experience: - Experience or ‘Must have’ skills: IV starts, telemetry, NG, foley insertion - Must be competent to set up and troubleshoot RT equipment (Bipap, Cpap, HFNC) - Required to read own strips - Tele monitors brand: Mindray - RNs on this floor may be part of the code team Required Credentials: - RN jobs in the following units: Cardiac Cath Lab, Electrophysiology, ED/ER, Endoscopy, any ICU/critical care, IR, LTAC ICU, Med-Surg/Tele, Tele, PACU, Stepdown/PCU are required to pass a Basic Dysrhythmia/EKG exam during onboarding. Special Requests: - RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
