Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 12 months within the past 3 years. Requirements: • Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Midwest) CommonSpirit Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Midwest) CommonSpirit Health. • 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Midwest) CommonSpirit Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Midwest) CommonSpirit Health. Required Skills/Experience: RNs required to titrate drips: Insulin, Heparin, Levophed, set rate: Amiodarone. Preferred Skills/Experience: ER experience. Experience in critical access facilities is appreciated. Required Credentials: Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Shift & Scheduling: Every 3rd weekend plus holiday rotation. Floating Requirements: Float to ER to help, not the first to float depending on staffing that day, but flexibility appreciated, first to float. Other Requirements: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027.
