Job Description:
A company is looking for a Virtual Store Support Operator.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support through phone calls, voicemails, and
emails
Assist with locating proof of purchase and handling return/exchange
issues
Document customer interactions and maintain case management
systems
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years related experience or equivalent education
Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
Availability to work shifts Monday-Friday and on holidays
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
