**HR Coordinator**

The posted compensation range of $19.73 - $27.13 /hour is a
reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay
CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this

**Responsibilities**
Provides a variety of Human Resources related functions including
onboarding of new staff, non-employees and students. Provides
administrative support and serves as a resource to employees and
managers.
**Essential Key Job Responsibilities**
1. Responds to employee requests and questions.
2. Assists with time and attendance program.
3. Initiates IT access requests for non-employees and students.
4. Creates and maintains employee files in compliance with
applicable legal requirements.
5. Onboarding of new employees, volunteers and students.
6. Coordinates employee recognition events.
7. Prepares reports/data as requested.
8. Recruitment of volunteers.
9. Coordinates placement of volunteers and tracks hours.
10. Plans annual volunteer recognition event.

**Qualifications**
**Required**
Two year college or technical coursework in a related field
Maintains a high level of confidentiality
Self starter
Willingness to reach out to internal resources for training
needs
Problem Solver
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with little supervision
Ability to work with and train others on the use of organization
computer programs
Planning/Organizing ability
Reliable attendance
Knowledge of Human Resources related laws
Ability to be flexible to meet the needs of the department and
employees
Ability to speak in front of groups (up to 20 people)
