Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll & Benefits Administrator to
manage payroll and benefits processes within the HR team.
Key Responsibilities
Run and distribute payroll reports and tax documents
Serve as the point of contact for all payroll and benefit plans,
addressing employee inquiries
Administer the onboarding process for new employees and manage
payroll and benefit onboarding/offboarding
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years of payroll and benefit administration
experience
Working knowledge of HR, payroll, time and attendance, and benefits
policies and procedures
Knowledge of the payroll function, including preparation,
balancing, and payroll taxes across multiple countries
Experience with payroll software (ADP or similar)
Multi-country labor law knowledge preferred
