Job Description:

IT Support Specialist II provides support for medium complexity applications. Creates and develops software solutions to application errors reported. Escalates unresolved issues to proper personnel. Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent. 2-4 years in an IT support role.


UPDATE: HOURS FROM 10A-2P ARE FINE EXCEPT FOR THE DAYS THAT REQUIRE ON SITE SUPPORT FOR SOFTWARE PUSHES ETC. This is a part time position 20 Hours a week (4 5 Hour Work days per week) (Monday through Thursday).


This position is in support of Telecommunications Relay Call Center. Responsibilities will include: Provide first level technical support for contact center systems, desktops, applications, and circuits. Provide assist with direct and indirect process and practice to other CSAs or vendor technical staff to ensure system integrity and platform stability Collect, document, and report all technical events and statistics needed to improve systems performance and stability. Assume the responsibility for notification and escalation of system problems to the appropriate next level of management, Assist technical support groups and vendors in the resolution of problems Perform occasional after-hours and on-call support for projects, releases, and scheduled or unscheduled preventative maintenance. This would include sev 1 and 2 outages
