Job Description:
Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a dedicated
Customer Support Attendant to join our team. This role focuses on
providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the safety
and security of our clients. The attendant will be the first point
of contact in emergency situations, requiring a calm, composed
demeanor and the ability to communicate effectively under pressure.
This position requires adaptability to different security
environments and the capability to operate security technology
efficiently. Greet and manage communications with clients and
visitors, ensuring high service standards. Handle incoming calls
and alarms, responding to emergency situations with speed and
efficiency. Monitor CCTV and operate security systems with
accuracy. Maintain logs and records of incidents and daily
activities. Assist in coordinating security responses with team
members and law enforcement when necessary. Provide information and
assistance to ensure the security and safety of the premises.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using
security management software and systems. Ability to handle
high-pressure situations calmly. Excellent organizational skills.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance 401k CPR and
First Aid certification preferred. Any relevant security
certifications are a plus.
