Job Description Job Description Located in Mayville, ND Salary: 20 - 35/hr Job Title: Warehouse Associate/ Quality Control Location: Mayville ND Pay: $20 Depending on experience Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role involves operating forklifts, accurately picking orders using tickets, and maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities: - Forklift experience is a must - Pick and prepare orders accurately using order tickets or pick lists - Maintain attention to detail to prevent picking and shipping errors - Perform warehouse work related to receipt, shipment, storage, distribution, and/or delivery of products, parts, or materials - Load, unload, move, and store items per delivery, routing documents, or Instructions - Count items received or shipped and check against packing lists. Record discrepancies - Prepare receiving or shipping reports and note any shortages or damages - Use pick and pack lists to perform order fulfillment operations - Perform repetitive work to stuff or load products, parts, or merchandise into designated packages, boxes, crates, or other receptacles - Use paper, plastic, Styrofoam, or other materials to pack containers count and prepare materials for shipment - Keep inventory records - Review packing lists to ensure all required items are included - May use equipment such as a cart, conveyor system, hand truck, forklift, freight elevator, computer, barcode scanner, telephone system, mail sorter/opener, and pneumatic tube Qualifications: - Previous warehouse experience preferred - Forklift experience required (certification a plus) - Ability to read and follow order picking tickets - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods - Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Work Environment: - Fast-paced warehouse setting - May involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift 1437ST Express Office: Grand Forks 3325 South Washington Street Grand Forks, ND 58201
