Job Description Job Description Job Title: Parts Warehouse Specialist Employment Type: Non-exempt, Full-time Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Pay Rate: Starting at $19.00/hour, Full Benefits Package Location: Jamestown, ND Job Summary: The Parts Warehouse Specialist is responsible for managing parts inventory, receiving and storing parts, taking and fulfilling orders, coordinating the shipment of orders, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. Duties/Responsibilities: Interact with customers via telephone, email, online, or in person to process orders and provide customer support. Pick parts from inventory according to order requirements. Prepare shipments for outgoing orders, including packaging and labeling. Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries. Receive returned merchandise, inspect for damage, and process returns according to company policies. Maintain accurate inventory records and maintain database. Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies. Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and inspect for damage. Label, tag, and store parts in designated locations within the warehouse. Ensure proper handling and storage of parts to prevent damage or loss. Coordinates and schedules the movement of parts products throughout the warehouse or plant including storage and shipment of products. Operates forklift in order to route machine parts to other locations of the warehouse or plant. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards. Abide by all company, state, and federal safety rules and regulations. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: General computer knowledge. Must be able to follow methods and procedures. Works well as a productive member of a team. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Customer service or sales experience preferred. Warehouse or mechanical experience preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 100 pounds. Must be able to navigate facilities and machinery by climbing, balancing, bending, lifting, walking, stooping, and carrying materials. Wear and work in personnel protective equipment. Work Environment: Exposure to moving mechanical parts. Noise level is moderate. Frequently exposed to airborne particles. Exposure to heat/humidity during summer months.
