Job Description:

will facilitate seamless interactions between our company and our
clients, ensuring their transportation and logistics needs are
efficiently met through state-of-the-art technologies. Your
contribution will help enhance customer satisfaction, maintain our
competitive edge and uphold our reputation in advanced logistics
solutions. The position will be a vital connection, liaising with
customers and internal teams to orchestrate effective
transportation solutions tailored to each client's needs. Handle
incoming customer communications and issue resolution, ensuring all
client queries are attended to professionally. Provide timely
updates to customers regarding shipment statuses and logistic
adjustments. Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to
deliver cost-effective solutions for short and long-term customer
needs. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions,
transactions, feedback, and complaints. Facilitate continuous
improvement by communicating customer feedback to relevant
departments. Assist in the development and update of comprehensive
FAQs and customer service tools. Proficiency with CRM software and
MS Office. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills. Problem-solving orientation
and ability to handle complex logistics situations. Medical

Certification in Customer Service Management (CSM) preferred.
Knowledge of industry-standard logistics software.
