As the Assistant Foreman, you will partner closely with the Foreman to keep projects moving smoothly by helping with production, materials, communication, and problem solving in the field. This role is ideal for someone who knows commercial roofing well, enjoys being the go to expert on the crew, and likes being the right-hand person without wanting a full-time managerial role. What You Will Be Doing Support the Foreman with day to day production and field operations Review plans, scope, and goals to help keep the crew productive and on schedule Coordinate materials, staging, and quality checks Make field decisions and bring escalations to the Foreman when needed Assist with documenting production notes, changes, and daily project details Help newer crew members learn best practices and solid roofing techniques without being their boss Who We Are Looking For Experienced in commercial roofing or exterior construction Someone who has seen enough jobs to know how things should go in the field Clear communication skills and the ability to relay information and ask questions Organized, reliable, and detail focused Comfortable with basic computer and email usage Open to travel as needed or assigned What Our Client Offers Competitive hourly pay: $30 to $40 per hour Solid benefits A team oriented and supportive work environment The chance to grow into a more senior role over time if you want that
