Job Description:

Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role is
pivotal in maintaining the integrity and quality Marvin is renowned
for since 1912. As a Production Associate, you will work in a
dynamic, fast-paced environment to create products that transform
and enhance living spaces with a focus on innovation, design, and
functionality. Operate machinery and equipment according to safety
and quality guidelines Assist in the assembly of windows and doors
with precision Inspect finished products for quality and adherence
to customer specifications Maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with team members to increase productivity and
efficiency Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and
procedures Report equipment malfunctions and assist in resolving
production issues Proficiency in using hand tools and machinery
Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic mathematical skills
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings Good
communication and teamwork skills Physical stamina and strength to
lift heavy materials Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k OSHA safety certification is
beneficial Forklift operation certification is a plus
