Job Description:
Marvin, a leader in crafting custom windows and doors, is
seeking a dedicated Full-Time Production Associate to join our
manufacturing team. Since 1912, Marvin has been synonymous with
quality and innovation in the design of living spaces. As a
Production Associate, you will contribute to the manufacturing
process of our bespoke products, ensuring that each piece meets the
high standards that Marvin is known for. This is an opportunity to
work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your efforts make a
direct impact on our products and clients. Operate machinery and
equipment to fabricate, assemble, and adjust parts of windows and
doors. Read and interpret blueprints and production diagrams to
meet precise specifications. Conduct quality control assessments to
ensure products meet Marvin's standards of excellence. Collaborate
with other team members to enhance efficiency and productivity on
the production floor. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by
adhering to company policies and safety regulations. Assist in the
packaging and preparation of finished products for shipping and
delivery. Proficiency in using hand tools and machinery typically
used in the manufacturing of windows and doors. Strong attention to
detail with a focus on precision and accuracy in all tasks. Ability
to read and follow technical documents and blueprints. Effective
communication skills, capable of working as part of a team.
Physical stamina and strength to handle manual labor tasks. Medical

Certification in Forklift Operation is advantageous, but not
