Operate various machinery and tools to manufacture window and door components according to specification. Assist in the setup and calibration of production equipment for daily operations. Perform quality control checks and ensure all products meet Marvin's rigorous quality standards. Coordinate with other team members to streamline production processes and increase efficiency. Record production information and maintain accurate documentation as required. Assist in maintaining a safe and clean workspace in compliance with company and safety regulations. Proficiency in using power tools and manufacturing equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
