every product meets our high standards. Operate machinery and
equipment used in the manufacturing of windows and doors Maintain a
clean and safe workspace in accordance with company policies and
safety standards Inspect finished products for quality and
adherence to customer specifications Assemble components
accurately, thoroughly, and quickly to approved specifications
Monitor inventory and report any shortages to production supervisor
Collaborate with team members to increase productivity and
efficiency Participate in continuous improvement and lean
manufacturing activities Proficiency in using hand tools and
manufacturing equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment
to quality Ability to read and interpret technical documents and
drawings Good communication skills and the ability to work as part
of a team Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials
Basic understanding of computer operations for production-related
software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Forklift certification is a plus.
