Posted Nov 18, 2019 Ref ********* Industry General Role Manager Job Type Long-Term Hours Full Time You need to sign in or create an account to save Job Information The Transaction Processing Coordinator is responsible for high volume invoice processing as well as daily query mailbox management. They are also responsible for post management and month end accrual activities. There is a strong customer focus on both invoice processing and query management. Role & Responsibility High Volume invoice processing for both PO and Non PO invoices. Daily post management. Daily query mailbox management and resolution. Weekly resolution of all invoices holds and relating management of holds with sourcing/buyer departments. Manage Point invoice hold tickets on a daily basis. Follow up and resolve invoice approval holds for Non PO invoices. Prepare month end accrual files for financial reporting teams. Assist/prepayment weekly payment runs for entities. Manage daily buyer/sourcing queries in a timely manner. Manage monthly supplier reconciliation process including: Reconciliation to Subledger, Vendor statement and GRNI . Drive process improvements & root cause analysis processes . Ad-hoc projects, duties & weekly archiving Job Requirement Education Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Equivalent experience in lieu of degree accepted. Experience Required: 2 years with a finance background and a good understanding of accounting practices. Strong Technical AP experience on ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle. Customer management background. Supplier reconciliation background. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team.
