Careers that Change LivesIn this exciting role as an Associate Quality Systems Specialist you will have responsibility for ensuring site compliance with local, business and group-level process requirements. The Quality Systems Specialist will work collaboratively with Quality, Operations, and Laboratory personnel to provide support towards the administration and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS) that is used to schedule, manage, monitor and report training. The Associate Quality Systems Specialist - LMS will provide input into the development of strategies, standards and processes for site-level LMS administration to ensure training compliance.This team is a part of the Interventional Vascular & Structural Heart Manufacturing Network (IV&SH).Our Global Quality Strategy is rooted in the Medtronic Mission and our Quality Policy. Being a 'trusted partner' means always putting patient safety first, upholding product quality, and maintaining the highest ethical standards in our business relationships and programs.A Day in the LifeResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.* Build training in the LMS and ensure standards are maintained by all users* Assist end-users with technical issues related to the LMS and underlying systems or configurations* Provide outstanding customer service skills as well as remain flexible and determined to resolve customer issues* Maintain the CVG required training monitoring and reporting* Maintain effective communication plans to ensure appropriate people are informed* Follow all work/quality procedures to ensure quality system compliance and high-quality work* Provides oversight for the development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes and procedures that ensure compliance with policies and that the performance and quality of services conform to established internal and external standards and guidelines.* Provides expertise and guidance in interpreting policies, regulatory and/or governmental regulations, and internal regulations to assure compliance.* Works directly with operating entities to provide process analyses oversight on a continuing basis to enforce requirements and meet regulations.* Leads audit and inspection preparation, resolution of audit and inspection findings and liaises with auditing groups and inspectors through all stages of the audits.* Prepares reports and/or necessary documentation (ex Corrective and Preventative Actions) and provides to applicable stakeholders, both internal and external.* Co-ordinates legal requests in support of government investigations or litigations.* Ensures the quality assurance programs and policies are maintained and modified regularly.* Facilitates uniform standards worldwide and enables best practice sharing, thereby fostering the achievement of company's mission globally.Must Have: Minimum RequirementsBachelors degree required 0 years of experience in quality and/or regulated industryNice to Have* Experience working in an LMS System.* Experience working in a regulated industry.* Strong computer skills and demonstrated ability to learn and become proficient in new systems* Ability to handle multiple priorities and complete tasks/projects in accordance with stated deadlines* Client service orientation emphasizing quality work* Well-organized and good at prioritizing work.* Balanced use of independent action and collaborative problem solving.* Excellent written and oral communications.About MedtronicTogether, we can change healthcare worldwide.
