1. Clean up each hatcher involved in a hatch, to tops, sides,
backs, and fronts as well as the inside of the compartment
2. Dispose of hatch refuse following all approved procedures
3. Thoroughly wash and sanitize the wash room and all equipment
used in that day's production
4. Thoroughly wash and sanitize all hatching trays and racks
5. Keep the maintenance department informed of any repairs
necessary to keep the equipment in good working condition
6. Assist in the transfer of eggs from the incubators to the

work at one of our farm locations where you will ensure the
wellbeing of our turkeys. This may include support to one of our
egg production, brood or grow out farm locations. You do need to

Help us achieve least cost production goals while ensuring the
safety, health, and care of our turkeys. Maintain a safe working
environment for all employees by following all safety rules. Ensure
healthy birds are produced for our customers by following all
animal care and biosecurity guidelines and policies. Perform

Work 5-6 day work weeks (40 hours/week), and some weekends. Work in
various environmental conditions (heat, dust etc.) Perform
repetitive motions such as twisting, turning, bending and reaching.
Lift items ranging from 25 to 50 pounds but will vary by position.
Wear needed personal protective equipment. Must not own, care for
or handle pet birds, wild or domestic poultry or hogs.
