Red River Commodities has processed wild bird food and wildlife food products for more than 30 years. We contract directly with local growers to provide the freshest possible grains at the best possible prices. Our two wildlife food processing facilities are located in the heart of sunflower seed and grain-growing regions and we are currently searching for a Line Operator to join our wildlife facility located in Fargo, ND._______________________________Pay: $17.50 (+Pay for Skills)Available Shifts (Monday - Friday)1st shift: 6:00am - 4:30pm2nd shift: 4:00pm - 2:30am_________________________________ResponsibilitiesPrepares machinery by loading correct bags for runsOperating machinery in a safe mannerMaintains quality service by following corporate standards and use GMP, SQF and attends training as requiredMaintains a clean and safe work environment, keeping shelving and work area cleanContributes to team effort and aids in accomplishing company or department goalsQualifications:Previous experience operating and maintain production & packaging machines, preferredAble to learn or understand when to adjust packaging & production equipment to meet quality standardsAble to safely operate and maintain equipment with a high degree of precision and control per processing standardsApplicants must be able to work in a dusty environment, stand for long periods of time and keep paceBe able to lift to 50 lbs. as neededThe successful candidate will be self-motivated, have good decision-making skills and willing to take directionsBenefits:Competitive payPay for SkillsPaid vacation and holidays.Ongoing job skills, learning, and advancement opportunitiesComprehensive health benefits Generous retirement benefits Red River Commodities is an equal opportunity employer offering a competitive benefit package including Paid Time Off, medical insurance, dental insurance, 401K and PI208432126
