Job Description:

We're currently hiring Assemblers on 1st, 2nd, and 12-hour shifts in our state-of-the-art facility in Roseau, MN.

• 
  1st Shift Hours: 5:45am-2:00pm or 6:30am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday
  
• 
  2nd Shift Hours: 3:45pm-1:45am, Monday-Thursday
  
• 
  12-hour Day Shifts: 7:00am-7:00pm, rotating days (3-day workweeks one week, 4-day workweeks the next)
  
  
• 
  12-hour Night Shifts: 7:00pm-7:00am, rotating days (3-day workweeks one week, 4-day workweeks the next)
  
  Earn up to $24.00 per hour, depending on experience, and up to $5,000 sign-on bonus. We also offer a 30 days of housing for relocating employees. Ask our hiring team for full details!
  
  What an Assembler will do at Polaris:
  
  • Prepare or build up vehicle parts, sub-systems and components
    
  • Perform checks and inspections to ensure quality
    
  • Operate various power tools, hoists and production equipment
    What you need to be an Assembler at Polaris:
    
    • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
      
    • Ability to bend, twist, turn, kneel, squat and reach overhead
      
    • Must be able to perform strong pinch and grip
      
    • Must be able to push/pull up to 100 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
      
    • Ability to stand/walk up to 8-hours a day, with breaks
