Looking for a new manufacturing opportunity? Doherty Staffing Solutions is currently partnering with a leading supplier in the pallet manufacturing and lumber processing located in Menahga, MN. We are seeking candidates for a Machine Operator position on 1st shift for this temp-to-hire opportunity. Hours for this position are 6:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Thursday. Compensation for the Machine Operator role is $18.00 per hour. Machine Operator Main Responsibilities:

• Handle lumber
• Operate a machine
• Ensure product meets quality standards
• Maintain clean work environment for self and others
• Monitor machine effectively
• Responsible for correct unit quantities Machine Operator Key Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for entire duration of shift and perform repeated pending, twisting, walking and/or lifting
  • Ability to use and read tape measure
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
