Job Description:
Role:--Airbnb Turnover Specialist (7 days/week) - 15 to 25 hours
per week
This role is being created to help us continue to serve our guests
incredibly well. You will be responsible for cleaning all Airbnb's
to the highest standard. It will be this person's responsibility to
check cleaning supply levels, turn over the entire Airbnb using the
provided checklist, and make any notes of damages seen on the
property during cleaning. Not only will you help add value to the
company, but you will also experience your own growth in our

Compensation:
--- $1,000-$1,500/month + potential for bonuses
Requirements:
--- Candidate & Guardian Property Management shall sign a "Service
Contract" for 6 months.
--- Candidate shall be responsible for providing his or her own
transportation, cleaning supplies, workspace & correspondence
accounts.
--- Candidate shall be responsible for all insurance coverage,
benefits & retirement accounts.
Airbnb Turnover Specialist Contract Summary:
Airbnb Turnover Specialist Service provides details pertaining to
several items. Below are some highlights relevant to this
letter.
Contract Date:
--- Proposed start date will be: AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.--Standard
contract will run for 6 months as a trial period.
Vacation time:
--- Candidate will be required to follow a schedule for cleanings.
There is no allotted paid time off.--
Workspace:
--- There is no required workspace & Candidate will have full
autonomy on working location.
Hours:
--- Candidate will only be paid $1,000 per month + potential for
bonuses. You will be required to clean properties the same day a
guest checks out. This is a non-negotiable.
Task
--- Guardian Property Management, LLC will coordinate weekly tasks.
Candidate has autonomy in determining tasks in alignment with the
common goals of Guardian Property Management, LLC
Scope of Work:
The scope of work can be broken down into 5 parts.
1) Clean the House Process--
--- This process will include a checklist that lists out different
areas of the house and what you should be completing in each
room.
--- We like to present items at the property in a certain way and
that will also be included in the checklist.
--- Properties are to be cleaned upon checkout.
2) Inventory Tracking Process
--- We will need each property to have its inventory tracked. To
serve our guests well we need to have certain items available.
--- Google Forms will be used to report when stock is needed.
--- An Excel Spreadsheet on Google Drive will be used to track the
current inventory on hand.
3) Laundry Process
--- The Laundry Process is one of the most important pieces to
operating an Airbnb. It will be the responsibility of the cleaner
to ensure laundry is always done and prepared for each unit.
--- For all beds: the old sheets need to be taken off and started
in the washer immediately. Replace the old sheets with the
secondary clean sheets.
--- For all towels: Start a load of towels once the sheets have
been completed.
4) Communication Process
--- The Communication Process is vital to our performance. Lack of
clarity is always the enemy. If we are on the same page and
communication is strong then everyone is clear on what they are
supposed to be doing. Communication needs to be 8/10 or better
consistently in order for this partnership to work.
--- Two 15-minute meetings will happen weekly.
--- Quality Check Marco Polos (QCMP): This is an app that will
allow cleaners to send real-time videos walking through the
property, and this will be upon completion of each clean.
--5) Emergency On-Call Duties
--- The Emergency On-Call Process is one that rounds out the great
qualities of a cleaner in the hospitality industry. This is a
process that should not have to be utilized all that often if the
other processes are done exceptionally well.
--- If a guest reports that some areas were missed during the
cleaning process, then the cleaner needs to be available to go out
and re-cleaning the missed area(s).
--- If not enough towels are available, then the cleaner will need
to be available to deliver more.
Responsibilities:
--- Visit residences to perform a variety of house cleaning duties
in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
--- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
--- Preference for house cleaners with 1+ years experience, but not
required
--- Possesses a strong work ethic along with time management and
interpersonal skills
--- Good understanding of home cleaning techniques and products
--- We require the ability to lift 20 or more pounds, standing and
bending for extended periods of time, and strenuous labor
regularly
