Marvin, a leader in the manufacturing of bespoke windows and doors, is seeking a Technical Communications Manager to spearhead our technical communications strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and disseminating technical communications that align with Marvin's brand identity, ensuring all communications are accurate, clear, and effectively support our stakeholder engagements. This role is pivotal in enhancing our product messaging and ensuring that our customers, partners, and internal teams have the technical information necessary to succeed. Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy that includes industry trends, product advantages, and technical data to support Marvin’s marketing and sales efforts. Craft clear and compelling product documentation, newsletters, press releases, and other materials aimed at various stakeholders. Coordinate with the Product Development and Marketing teams to ensure coherence and technical accuracy in all Marvin's outgoing communications. Manage and mentor a team of technical writers and communication specialists. Monitor the effectiveness of communication strategies and materials, adjusting as necessary to improve understanding and engagement. Lead cross-departmental collaborations to align technical communications with broader company goals and projects. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills Experience with technical communication tools and methodologies Ability to translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand language Familiarity with the latest industry trends and technologies in manufacturing and communications Proficient in MS Office, content management systems, and digital media platforms Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification from the Society for Technical Communication (STC) preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
