JOB SUMMARYCass Clay Creamery has immediate job openings for dependable Maintenance Technicians. Days - Rotating evening/overnight shifts *must be able to work nights, overnights, holidays, weekends and overtime as neededPay - Depending on experience The maintenance employee is responsible for:Performing preventative maintenance on all equipment, building maintenance, trouble shooting and repairing the processing and packaging equipmentTroubleshooting mechanical, electrical, plumbing, welding, pneumatic, refrigeration and hydraulic systemUnderstanding and maintaining written records, following written directions (manuals) and verbal directionsMaintaining a clean work areaCompleting other assigned duties.
