  Job Responsibilities:
  Maintenance Technician completes general maintenance, minor troubleshooting, and minor repairs on electrical equipment systems, HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, windows, screens, and doors. Additionally, this position requires minor appliance replacement and taking part in snow removal.
  Qualifications:

  • Previous Maintenance experience required
    
  • Long-term care experience preferred
    
    Requirements:

    • Able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
      
    • At least 1 year experience
      
      Salary: $20.00 - $22.40 per hour DOE
      Schedule:
      
      • 
        
      • 8 hour shift
        
      • Day shift
        
      • On call every 3rd weekend
