Description: Candidates will be working in the assembly department and assisting with the layout building of custom agricultural equipment. The shop has assembly, fabrication, welding, engineers, and warehouse. Being able to communicate among other departments is important to the role. An employee in this role will help with delegating tasks, putting employees on the right projects that suit their skillsets, and training in new hires. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assembling Ag equipment off a blueprint Part tracking for parts used, cost tracking, etc. Complete final builds of equipment using hand and power tools Must have a full understanding of print reading and symmetrical tolerances and how they relate to the finished product Training in new hires once comfortable and trained on company policies Working in an efficient and timely manner Safety conscious behavior Excellent attendance Schedule: Monday to Friday 6:00am to 4:30pm Skills: Blueprint, assembly, hydraulics, Inspection, Fabrication, Production, Hand tool, Assembly line, General labor, Carpentry, Construction, Microscope, Soldering, Mechanical assembly, Mechanical, Electronics, Power tool, Document control, Light industry, Production line, Tape measure, Wiring, Schematic, Assembling, Quality check, Machine operation, Troubleshooting, Trimming, Hand and power tools, Electrical assembly, Blueprint reading, Installation Top Skills Details: Blueprint,assembly,hydraulics Additional Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of assembly experience 1+ year experience with blue prints Experience with installing and hooking up hydraulic systems Ability to do basic metal fabrication and welding is ideal Able to work independently and troubleshoot through part issues, blueprint questions, etc. Will track and pull parts based on part numbers Ability to lift over 50 lbs Nice to have: Overhead crane and forklift experience Experience Level: Entry Level About Aerotek: We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
