Description:Work for a industry leading manufacturer with the most advanced production line of heavy-duty transit busses.Position is a MONDAY-FRIDAY, both 7am-3:30pm and 4pm-12:30am shifts available.This person will be leading a team of up to 45 people and will need to come with strong interpersonal skills to be able to collaborate effectively with their team and interdepartmentally. They will need to adhere to production standards while also maintaining people, production goals, safety, and quality expectations and also have adequate computer skills. They will be responsible for leading, coaching, scheduling, and reporting out and on production output and goals for their team.$60,000 - $75,000 Based on experienceIn this position you will:

• Lead, train, and mentor a team of up to 45 people
• Collaborate and develop relationships with other departments using strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Troubleshoot problems as they arise with people, product, or process.
• Set clear expectations for and ensure your team has the training and resources needed to successfully meet production output, quality, and safety goals.
• Utilize a computer for various tasks such as reporting out on KPIs or managing schedule changes.Skills:

    • A minimum of 5-7 years of frontline leadership

    • Strong preference for manufacturing and production supervisory experience.
