Job Description:
A company is looking for a Travel Logistics Coordinator to
optimize travel logistics for a decentralized workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end travel coordination for mobile phlebotomists and
clinicians, including bookings and itinerary management
Design and maintain a centralized system to track travel details
and ensure visibility across teams
Act as the first line of support for travel-related issues and
build vendor relationships to negotiate favorable rates
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of experience in travel logistics coordination,
operations support, or project management
Ability to identify and solve logistical gaps with high attention
to detail
Experience working collaboratively with diverse teams across an
organization
Capability to create actionable solutions from incomplete data
