• Verify equipment is operational and always performing within specifications, conducting preventative maintenance when needed.
• Troubleshoot and fix defective equipment, components, or wiring on HVAC/R equipment, including adding and reclaiming refrigerants.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and work required and performed in our computerized maintenance management system.
• Operate equipment to support operations needs and to better understand the processes they are expected to perform. - Compensation: $23-$28 You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):
  • Understanding of commercial heating and cooling systems including reading schematics, maintaining systems, troubleshooting, Bill of Materials, etc.
  • Flexibility and willingness to move from one job task to another without hesitation
  • Physical capability to perform job duties, including working in tight spaces and at elevated heights.
  • Strong knowledge of wiring, piping, equipment controls, and diagnosing equipment issues using schematics. - Also want to make sure you have:
    • EPA certification for handling refrigerant.
    • 2-year degree or related work experience in HVAC/R
