The Patient Care Technician (PCT) serves as caregiver to the
patient during the scheduled work period. The Patient Care
Technician provides patient-centered nursing care and daily living
assistance to assigned patient under the supervision of a
Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Are you

learn more! Monitoring and reporting changes in patient conditions
- Ensuring patient safety and well-being Specialized on-boarding
and on the job training - Career advancement through educational
assistance - High school graduate or general equivalency diploma
(GED) preferred, but not required. Knowledge of healthcare,
anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and medical
equipment/supplies preferred. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
preferred. If working in North Dakota (ND) and not a Certified
Nursing Assistant, must be on the North Dakota Department of Health
Nurse Aide Registry upon completion of training/competency
validation or a maximum of four months from the date of initial
