Pay Info: Bonus available with work commitment! Upbeat, fun, busy
orthopedic unit that is focusing on same day total joints. Work day
shifts while caring for orthopedic patients. The Patient Care
Technician (PCT) serves as caregiver to the patient during the
scheduled work period. The Patient Care Technician provides
patient-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to
assigned patient under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN)
or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Are you ready to embark on a

Monitoring and reporting changes in patient conditions - Ensuring
patient safety and well-being Specialized on-boarding and on the
job training - Career advancement through educational assistance -
High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED)
preferred, but not required. Knowledge of healthcare, anatomy,
physiology, medical terminology, and medical equipment/supplies
preferred. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred. If working
in North Dakota (ND) and not a Certified Nursing Assistant, must be
on the North Dakota Department of Health Nurse Aide Registry upon
completion of training/competency validation or a maximum of four
