We are seeking a new graduate Registered Nurse to join our incredible team at Oak Crossing, our highly rated long term care facility in Detroit Lakes. Great pay, night shift premium pay and shift differentials, and up to a $10K bonus for a new grad (anyone licensed for less than a year). Holiday rotation and every third weekend is required. This RN is responsible for organizing and providing care to residents through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions. Contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.
