This individual will play a key role in the production of You Betcha LLC merchandise. We are looking for a motivated individual to help produce and manage merchandise for our online and retail orders.

Responsibilities:
--- Responsible for setting up and operating manually/automatic screen printing presses according to written and/or verbal instructions
--- Must be capable of solving printing problems and making print adjustments to maintain print quality.
--- Daily cleaning and maintenance of work area
--- Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
--- High attention to detail
--- Efficient working in a team environment
--- Ability to read spreadsheets
--- Knowledge of the apparel/screen printing industry is beneficial but not required
--- Ability to manage multiple projects at once while demonstrating strong composure and flexibility under tight deadlines
--- Self-starter, highly motivated, independent, collaborative, and results-oriented
--- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
--- Able to stand for extended periods of time
--- High school diploma or equivalent
--- Must be 21+ years old
