LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/02/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 35 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days, evenings, nights, flexible - Employment Type: Travel Any 3 X 12s • 36 hrs / Week 12 hrs Rotating day/nightshifts- 36 hrs per week (3x12s). Weekends and holidays per unit rotation. Required certs: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS No coversheet required. • Candidates must have a minimum of 2 yrs experience in specific specialty. RNs must have 2 yrs inpatient acute care experience in a larger hospital. Altru is a Level 2 Trauma Center. • Recent travel experience required. Prefer 3 completed assignments. • Epic experience required. • Altru does not have a radius rule. Local travelers are accepted, and there is no rate difference.
